The TA702 Series Combustible Gas Detector is a portable gas leakage detection instrument, also known as a Gas Leak Detector, Combustible Gas Detector, Gas Leakage Tester, Gas Sniffer, or Portable Gas Detector, designed for quickly identifying potential combustible gas leakage hazards in various environments.
Equipped with a high-sensitivity semiconductor sensor, the TA702 Series can rapidly detect changes in the concentration of multiple combustible gases and vapors, including methane (CH₄), propane, ethanol, gasoline vapors, and other flammable gases. It is widely used for gas pipeline inspection, industrial safety monitoring, equipment maintenance, and fire safety inspection.
After powering on, the detector automatically performs sensor warm-up and self-check procedures to ensure stable and reliable measurement performance. When the detected gas concentration reaches the preset alarm threshold, the device activates both audible and visual alarms through a buzzer and LED indicators, helping operators quickly locate leakage sources and reduce the risks of fire, explosion, and safety accidents.
The TA702A features three adjustable sensitivity levels (High, Medium, and Low), allowing users to perform both general gas leak screening and precise leak location detection. The TA702B provides additional ppm/LEL unit switching and ambient temperature display functions, making it suitable for more professional inspection applications.
With a flexible extension probe and built-in LED illumination, the detector can easily access narrow spaces, pipe connections, equipment gaps, and poorly lit areas where gas leakage may occur.
The TA702 Series Combustible Gas Detector is widely applied in natural gas utilities, petrochemical plants, industrial manufacturing facilities, HVAC systems, fire safety inspections, building maintenance, automotive repair workshops, hotels, restaurants, property management, and commercial facilities, providing an efficient solution for portable combustible gas leak detection and safety inspection.
