The TASI TA521A Coating Thickness Gauge is a professional portable non-destructive testing instrument, also known as a paint thickness gauge, coating thickness tester, film thickness meter, dry film thickness gauge (DFT gauge), and coating measurement instrument. Utilizing dual measurement technologies of magnetic induction and eddy current, the instrument provides fast and accurate measurement of non-magnetic coatings and non-conductive layers applied on metal substrates, including paint coatings, powder coatings, plastic coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, electroplated layers, and surface treatment coatings. The TA521A automatically identifies different substrate materials, including ferrous (Fe), non-ferrous (NFe), and galvanized steel (Fe+Zn), and automatically selects the appropriate measurement method without manual switching. Equipped with a high-resolution 4-digit digital display and 180° automatic screen rotation, the gauge ensures clear readings from different viewing angles and is suitable for measurements on complex structures, narrow spaces, and irregular workpieces. It supports μm, mm, and mil measurement units to meet various international inspection standards. With its compact design, reliable accuracy, and convenient operation, the TA521A coating thickness tester is widely used in automotive manufacturing, used car paint inspection, vehicle appraisal, corrosion protection engineering, steel structure maintenance, bridge inspection, shipbuilding, pipeline anti-corrosion testing, electroplating industries, powder coating production, metal fabrication, machinery maintenance, industrial quality control, and third-party inspection services. The TA521A provides an efficient solution for coating quality inspection, corrosion protection evaluation, production line quality control, and field testing applications. It helps users verify coating thickness consistency, improve surface treatment quality, and ensure long-term durability of industrial products and metal structures.

The TASI TA522A Coating Thickness Gauge is a professional portable non-destructive testing instrument designed for fast and accurate measurement of non-conductive coating thickness on metal substrates. Based on dual measurement technologies of magnetic induction and eddy current, the instrument automatically identifies ferrous (Fe), non-ferrous (NFe), and galvanized steel (Fe+Zn) substrates, while supporting manual substrate selection for flexible inspection of different materials and applications. Featuring a high-resolution digital display with 180° screen rotation, the coating thickness meter provides clear readings from different viewing angles. It supports multiple measurement units including μm, mm, and mil, meeting various international measurement requirements. The built-in zero calibration function improves measurement accuracy and stability, reducing errors caused by curved surfaces or rough workpieces. With a compact design, automatic power-off function, and low battery indication, the instrument is suitable for both indoor and outdoor inspection environments. The TA522 Series coating thickness gauges are widely used in automotive manufacturing, used car paint inspection, vehicle repair assessment, steel structure corrosion protection, bridge maintenance, shipbuilding, pipeline coating inspection, electroplating industries, powder coating production, metal fabrication, machinery maintenance, industrial quality control, building curtain wall inspection, and third-party testing services. As a professional paint thickness meter, coating thickness tester, dry film thickness gauge, plating thickness gauge, corrosion coating tester, and surface coating inspection tool, the TA522A provides reliable solutions for measuring paint layers, powder coatings, electroplated coatings, anti-corrosion coatings, and other protective surface layers. It is an ideal instrument for production quality inspection, coating process control, acceptance testing, and field maintenance.
