OEM Services for Test and Measurement Instruments

Manufacturing support for brands and distribution partners worldwide

Founded in 2009, TASI develops and manufactures test and measurement instruments. We provide OEM services for overseas brands, importers, distributors, retailers and industrial customers. Our product range covers electrical testing, environmental measurement and industrial inspection, with applications in electrical maintenance, HVAC, electronics manufacturing, building inspection, education and research.

Customers can select models from our existing product platform and customize branding, packaging and technical documentation to suit their projects. For customers with an established product plan, we assess suitable configurations and customization options based on the model, order volume and target market. TASI products are currently exported to markets in Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa.

How OEM Cooperation Works

You manage your brand and market; TASI handles manufacturing and delivery

In an OEM project, the customer defines the brand positioning, product requirements and sales plan. Based on the agreed specifications, TASI coordinates samples, branding materials, production, quality inspection and order delivery.

Our existing product platform can reduce the investment required to establish manufacturing operations and help customers move toward launch after sample approval. Project timelines and the scope of customization depend on the selected model, design requirements and order details.

OEM cooperation also requires ongoing control of product performance, consistency between production batches, packaging and technical documentation. These matters are particularly relevant to products intended for long-term sale.

Product Range

TASI offers products across several test and measurement categories. Customers may select a single model or build a product range suited to their sales channels.

Electrical test instruments

Our range includes digital multimeters, clamp meters, insulation resistance testers, earth resistance testers, voltage detectors and DC power supplies.

Environmental measurement instruments

Products include infrared thermometers, thermocouple thermometers, temperature and humidity meters, light meters, anemometers, sound level meters and multifunction environmental meters.

Industrial inspection instruments

Products include coating thickness gauges, vibration meters, moisture meters and tachometers.

For customers planning to expand a private-label range, we can help select and combine existing products according to the target market, sales channels and price positioning.

OEM Customization

Customization should be assessed against the specific model, order quantity, manufacturing process and requirements of the target market. Once the product specifications are agreed, both parties can confirm branding and delivery materials.

Branding and product configuration

Depending on the product structure, options may include printed or laser-engraved logos, branded nameplates and custom model names. Selected products may also allow changes to housing or button colors, panel colors, accessories and kit configurations. For products with software or digital interfaces, customization of software logos, app branding or startup screens can be assessed by model.

Packaging and technical documentation

Packaging can follow the customer’s existing brand guidelines. Once the product is confirmed, we can also assist with color boxes, shipping cartons, product and barcode labels, hang cards or display packaging. Technical materials may include branded user manuals, multilingual manuals, quick-start guides, datasheets and after-sales service cards.

For different markets, manual languages, product specifications, warnings and packaging labels should be checked against the applicable product and project requirements.

Quality Management

Attention to both sample approval and consistency in volume production

TASI manages incoming materials, production processes, finished products and outgoing shipments in accordance with its ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Depending on the product and its technical requirements, a project may involve incoming quality control (IQC), in-process quality control (IPQC), final quality control (FQC) and outgoing quality control (OQC), along with applicable aging, performance, calibration, safety and packaging checks.

Measurement performance and reliability require continued attention during volume production. We inspect products against the approved specifications and manage consistency across production batches through controls during manufacturing and before shipment.

OEM Cooperation Process

The process may vary with the product and level of customization. A typical project follows these steps:

01 Requirements discussion
Confirm the target market, product category, key functions, branding requirements, estimated order quantity and schedule.

02 Product selection
Identify models that meet the required specifications and market positioning, and clarify the differences between them.

03 Technical assessment
Review product specifications, customization options, packaging, technical materials and implementation requirements.

04 Sample preparation
Provide standard samples or prepare customized samples for testing and approval.

05 Branding and packaging approval
Confirm logos, model names, labels, manuals, color boxes and other materials against the version intended for production.

06 Order confirmation
Agree on the product configuration, quantity, price, lead time and production materials.

07 Volume production
Manufacture according to the approved specifications, branding materials and packaging requirements.

08 Quality inspection
Check product functions, performance, appearance and packaging against the project requirements.

09 Order delivery
Arrange shipment and related documents under the agreed transport method and delivery terms.

10 After-sales support
Handle technical inquiries, product maintenance, repeat orders and product updates after delivery.

OEM projects involve sales, engineering, production, quality and logistics teams. Both parties therefore confirm final versions at key stages, including sample, branding-material and order approval, to limit the effect of document changes on delivery.

Support for Long-Term Cooperation

TASI has developed and manufactured test and measurement instruments since 2009. For customers with established brands and channels, our product platform supports the planning of multiple categories within one supply system. Customers building a new range can start with suitable models and adjust their selection in response to market feedback.

Long-term OEM cooperation involves repeat orders, maintenance of product documentation and subsequent model updates. We place importance on clear project communication, consistent manufacturing arrangements and continued delivery support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept small-volume OEM orders?

Small-volume projects can be discussed. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on the model, branding requirements, packaging and manufacturing process. For initial market testing, customers may also discuss samples or a smaller purchase quantity.

Can we use our own brand?

Yes. Depending on the product, customer branding can be applied to the instrument, packaging, labels, manuals and related materials. Customization involving software interfaces or special structures must be confirmed for the specific model.

Do you provide multilingual manuals?

Yes. English, German, French and Spanish versions can be prepared according to project requirements. Other languages can be assessed based on the product and order.

Can we order samples first?

Yes. Customers can test functions, assess quality and evaluate market suitability before placing a volume order. The need for an approval sample or pre-production sample for a customized project can be determined once the design requirements are clear.

Can you provide CE and RoHS documentation?

Relevant CE, RoHS and other technical or compliance documents can be provided according to the product model. The specific documents should be confirmed against the selected model and target market.

Can we combine products from different categories?

Yes. Customers can select products across several ranges according to their market, channels and price positioning. We can match models to an existing product plan or assist with initial selection from our current platform.
